Hormone, Thyroid & Metabolic Care for Women Who've Been
Told They're Fine

Exhausted, foggy, gaining weight you can't lose — and your labs keep coming back "normal." We test hormones, thyroid, cortisol, and metabolism together, and
we read the results against
how you actually feel.

Low energy. Weight you can't shift. Sleeping badly, thinking slowly, and nothing like the drive you used to have. Your PCP ran a total testosterone, told you it was "within range," and that was the end of it.

Range isn't the same as optimal, and testosterone isn't the whole story. We test the full picture — testosterone (total and free), thyroid, cortisol, metabolic and inflammatory markers — and we treat the picture, not just the number.

“Your labs look normal.”

“It’s just part of getting older.”

“You just need more sleep or less stress.”

You’re Not Imagining It — Something Feels Off

Men: Same Problem, Different Biology

Many patients come to us after being told:

You're not fine, and you're not imagining it. "Normal" is a reference range built to catch disease — not to tell you whether you feel like yourself. Plenty of women live for years inside that range while their hormones, thyroid, cortisol, and metabolism quietly pull in different directions.

Why You're Still Looking for Answers

Most panels check a handful of markers and stop. A TSH. Maybe an estrogen level. If each number lands somewhere inside the range, you're told you're fine — and you're sent home.

But your body doesn't run those systems separately. Cortisol that's been elevated for months doesn't just make you tired — it suppresses thyroid conversion, drives insulin resistance, and pulls your sex hormones off track. Your thyroid can look "normal" on a TSH while the active hormone your cells actually use is low. Gut inflammation changes how you clear estrogen. None of that shows up on a standard panel, because nobody ordered it.

That's why you can be genuinely unwell and still be told your labs are fine. It isn't a willpower problem, and it isn't in your head. It's a signaling problem — and it's findable, once someone tests for it.

We don't look at one system. We look at how they work together.

  • Thyroid — beyond TSH: free T3, free T4, reverse T3, antibodies
  • Cortisol and the stress axis — the pattern across the day, not one number
  • Sex hormones — estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and how you're metabolizing them
  • Metabolic markers — insulin, glucose, lipids, inflammation
  • Gut and digestion — when symptoms point there
  • Your symptoms and full history — read against every one of the above

  • Wiped out by 2pm, no matter how you slept
  • Wide awake at 3am
  • The weight won't move — and what used to work doesn't anymore
  • You lose the word you were reaching for, mid-sentence
  • Your cycle changed and nobody can tell you why
  • Your sex drive is gone and you've stopped mentioning it
  • You've been told it's stress, age, or your mood — for years

Your symptoms are real, and they're treatable. We read your results in the context of your symptoms and your history—because both matter.

Men's Hormone Health
I was told my labs were normal and I was probably just depressed.
It wasn't depression. It was thyroid dysfunction that wouldn't respond to standard treatment, gut disease no one had looked for, and a genetic variant nobody thought to check.

I found all of it myself — reading, testing, and refusing to accept "normal" as an answer. Not because I'm a clinician. Because no one else would.

That's the practitioner I became: the one who keeps digging when everyone else stops. When you tell me something is wrong and your labs say otherwise, I believe you — and then I go looking.

I've been the patient in that chair.

Where It Begins

Your bloodwork runs 21 tests — more than 50 markers. Seven thyroid markers, not one. Fasting insulin. Cortisol. Full sex hormones with the gold-standard assay. Inflammation, iron, and nutrient status. Not a TSH and a shrug.
You'll choose how to complete it: through your insurance at LabCorp, HNL, or another lab that takes it — or cash-pay through our partner network, Rupa/Quest. We send the order, you get tested, and your results are in hand before we ever sit down

Cash-pay lab options are not available for patients in New Jersey.

Book your consultation — labs first.

01.

Your labs, your symptoms, your history, your life — in one sitting, with me. Not a nurse, not a portal message. We go through what your results actually show, what they don't, and what's been missed.

Sixty minutes on everything.

02.

If ongoing care is the right fit, we build the plan together: hormone therapy, thyroid support, metabolic care, gut work, or whatever your picture calls for. Then we monitor it — labs and symptoms both — and we adjust as you change. This isn't a prescription and a wave goodbye.

Questions about the consultation or your lab options? Visit the Process page or contact the office — we'll walk you through it.

A real plan — and someone tracking you.

Real Stories

"After being dismissed by both my primary care doctor and gynecologist, who told me my symptoms were 'normal,' I found Justyna Wozniak of Vital Moon Wellness. When I first saw her, I was struggling with severe perimenopause symptoms, my hypothyroidism was completely out of control, and I was frustrated by weight gain I couldn't manage. Justyna actually listened. For the first time, I felt heard and validated instead of ignored. Thanks to her expertise and care, I finally have my life back. I can think clearly again, and I feel better than I have in years. If you feel like your concerns aren't being taken seriously elsewhere, I cannot recommend her enough."

"When I first came to Justyna I was a mess, mentally and physically. Confused, emotional, low energy, always tired, no motivation, always having strange pains — hips, knees. I have seen many doctors and specialists, they always told me my blood work looked good, and that I indeed was in good health, although I felt awful. Justyna helped me sort out my hormones, helped me eat better, put me on several supplements to help my body. I had motivation! I had energy! The pain was gone and my emotions stable. If you are looking for a provider that actually listens and takes you seriously, you will find that here."

Jessica

"The first person who took the time to listen to me and actually understand me. With her, I have a partnership towards better health — not someone who wants to throw drugs at me and see what sticks."
